Easter BunnyGram new today on Etsy

Do you remember telegrams? Lots of you are too young, I'm sure, but back in the olden days, a telegram was a very big deal. Not every home had a telephone - I know, it's hard to believe - so if you had an urgent message to get to someone, you could send a telegram. This involved going to the telegraph office and writing out your message, which would then be sent to the telegraph office nearest the recipients home, where it was printed and hand delivered.  Although it was best known for delivering urgent news, someone at Western Union had the very clever idea of promoting colorful telegrams for congratulations, births, and holidays, and the Easter BunnyGram was one of those.

This was a fun project, and I hope you'll enjoy using it for your journaling, scrapbooking, tag and card making. It's available as an instant download in my Etsy Shop.

Digital Antiques New Home and Free Printables

Thank you for following us to our new home!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and that you are off to a creative start in this new year.
We had a very quiet and relaxing  Holiday, and that's just perfect with me.

I'm back creating again, after something of a difficult period during 2015. Some much needed back surgery had a longer recovery period than I would have wished, although I'm really grateful for the relief from pain that resulted. I hadn't expected it would affect my creativity, but it did, for quite a few months.

When I started to blog, about 10 years ago, I was a Primitive artist, and my business was called "Big Brown Dog Primitives".  Then, 8 years ago I discovered digital graphics, and never looked back. I opened an Etsy shop to sell my Vintage style graphics, and decided to call it "Digital Antiques", but the blog remained BigBrownDogPrimitives.  Confusing, to say the least.

Now it's time for a fresh start, and a less confusing blog title, so here we are on DigitalAntiques.

I'll be back in a few days with some new Easter images that I'm excited about.

Stay safe during the weekend storms.
